Rates:
We cover shipping on orders over $99 (US only. Excludes oversized items).
Orders under $99 are a flat rate of $8 (US only. Excludes oversized items)
Other rates calculated based on destination in your shopping cart.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
If you return a product that is rejected because it violates the above policy, you will be responsible for paying the cost to ship the item back to you.
You will be responsible for shipping charges to you and back to our store.
Any of our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We are not looking to make money on shipping, we just want it to be fair for both parties.
Under no circumstance will we issue a refund without receiving the unused items back. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to circumstances outside of our control. Those instance include, but are not limited to: providing an incorrect or incomplete address, under or uninsured postage, or package theft. We will do everything we can to get your order to you. Our responsibility for the order ends when the carrier picks up the order. Anything outside of that is beyond our control.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are less than 20% off the MSRP (manufactures suggested retail price)
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to exchange your item for another, We suggest you purchase the item you want from our website and ship back the item you don't want asap. Shoe orders:
We are committed to shipping as eco-friendly and economically as possible.
If you want your shoebox to be boxed inside another box, rather than a softpack mailer or 60lb Kraft paper please email ben@peopleskateandsnowboard.com after you make your order. Please include order #. Additional charge will be calculated and a paypal invoice sent for the increased shipping cost (aprox. $5-10).
We make no guarantees that a shoe box will arrive in perfect condition. They often don't arrive from the manufacture that way and it is out of our control. If the integrity of the box is critically important to you, please call us and we will verify, provide pictures if necessary. Please understand, the desire for a collectable box falls far outside of the normal standards that people buying shoes to skateboard in hold.
Under no circumstance will we offer any compensation for damaged boxes.
Above all else, we strive to be reasonable and work with our customers.
We are all skateboarders and snowboarders and will treat you with the same friendly respect you'd expect at a skate park or on the slopes.
