Shipping & Returns Policy
We’re a small, independent skate and snowboard shop. We work hard to keep pricing competitive and policies fair. Please review the details below before placing your order.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Shipping
Rates

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $99 (excludes oversized items).

All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders ship after successful payment authorization.
Tracking information is automatically provided once your shipping label is created.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery status is determined by carrier tracking confirmation.
Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout:

The order is considered fulfilled.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked delivered but reported missing
-
Theft after delivery
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

Carrier delays
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Check your mailbox (USPS often delivers smaller items there)

Check with household members
-
Check with neighbors
-
Contact the carrier directly for GPS confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.
Returns
We accept returns within the timeframes below.
Return Window

Full-priced items: 30 days from confirmed delivery

Sale items: 14 days from confirmed delivery (15% restocking fee applies)
After these windows expire, items are not eligible for return.
Delivery date is based on carrier tracking.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In original condition
-
In original packaging with tags
-
In resellable condition
If the item cannot be resold as new at full value, it is not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards.
Manufacturer Packaging Protection
Do not attach shipping labels directly to manufacturer packaging (shoeboxes, snowboard boxes, etc.).
Packaging damaged by labels or tape cannot be resold as new. Returns received in this condition will be rejected. If rejected, you are responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back to you.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

All return shipping costs

Any outbound shipping costs we incurred (including “free shipping” orders)
Actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returns over $75.
Return shipments remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected at our store.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered, or stolen return shipments.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after:

The returned item is received.

The item passes inspection.

The item is confirmed eligible under this policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
We do not issue refunds without receiving the returned merchandise.
Restocking Fees

Sale items: 15% restocking fee

Full-priced snowboard returns received after January 31: 15% restocking fee
These fees reflect processing time, inspection, relisting, and seasonal depreciation.
Shoe Orders & Packaging
We ship as efficiently and eco-consciously as possible.
Shoeboxes may be shipped in protective mailers or kraft wrap.
Minor cosmetic box imperfections from manufacturers are common and outside our control. We do not guarantee pristine shoebox condition and do not offer compensation for cosmetic packaging damage.
If double-boxed shipping is important, email us immediately after ordering. Additional packaging costs ($5–$10) will apply.
Exchanges
We do not hold inventory for exchanges.
To exchange an item:

Place a new order for the desired item.

Return the original item.

A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

We maintain documentation for every order, including:

Payment authorization confirmation

AVS and CVV verification

IP address and checkout data

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation

Customer communications
Carrier delivery confirmation to the address entered at checkout fulfills our shipping obligation.
