Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss Policy

We process and ship all orders promptly upon successful payment authorization.

Order Fulfillment & Carrier Handling

  • Orders are fulfilled within our stated processing time.

  • Once packaged, shipments are tendered to the selected carrier (UPS or USPS).

  • Please note: UPS does not pick up from our facility every day. On non-pickup days, packages are transported by us to an authorized UPS drop-off location. This may result in minor tracking scan delays but does not delay shipment itself.

Tracking information is automatically provided once the label is created.


Proof of Shipment & Delivery

All orders include:

  • Carrier-generated tracking number

  • Delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout

  • Time-stamped carrier scan data

Carrier tracking serves as confirmation that the order was delivered to the address supplied by the customer at the time of purchase.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the shipment has been successfully completed by the carrier.


Apparel Shipments (Polymailers & Mailbox Delivery)

  • When possible, apparel items are shipped in secure polymailers.

  • USPS shipments are frequently delivered directly to the customer’s mailbox.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not immediately visible:

    • Please check your mailbox

    • Check with household members

    • Check with neighbors

    • Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation

Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.


Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Theft after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier


Product Not Received Claims

In the event of a “Product Not Received” claim:

  • We rely on official carrier tracking confirmation.

  • If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Customers are responsible for securing their delivery location.

We are happy to assist customers in opening a carrier trace when applicable, but carrier confirmation of delivery fulfills our contractual obligation.


Fraud Prevention & Cardholder Authorization

To protect against unauthorized use:

  • Orders are processed only after payment authorization.

  • AVS and CVV verification are utilized.

  • Shipping is completed to the address provided at checkout.

  • Tracking confirmation verifies fulfillment to that address.

Delivery confirmation to the address entered during checkout supports that the transaction was completed as authorized.
