Mother Collective is a skateboard brand started by Gilbert Crockett, Tyler Bledsoe, Jake Johnson and former Alien Workshop Team Manager, Chad Bowers. Located in Ohio, they are content being different. Pulling from the experience and wisdom they received working with Alien Workshop, their mission statement, "No more Corporate blues" rings strong. Mother is about individuality, The entire collective is working towards the same goal, breathing an inspiring breath of fresh air in the skateboard landscape.

Gauging by the initial success of the brand, There will be much more to come. Jay Croft of Street Canoe got long time friend Chad Bowers talking and you see why this isn't just another cash grab by some laid off pros, this is a legitimately something worth getting behind.
