A brand new street skateboarding competition from the mind of Ryan Sheckler is coming May 8-9 to Detroit’s Hart Plaza . Red Bull Hart Lines sets out to produce a skateboard event featuring an innovative new contest format. The Hart Lines format will feature two lanes, each with its own unique set of skateable features. The course will feature a mix of existing stair sets, rails and ledges unique to Detroit's Hart Plaza mixed in with features designed by California RampWorks. Skaters will skate each lane once and for their third run, they choose their own path. The top score from each lane will then be averaged to determine the skater’s overall score.
