Polar Skate Co has been a favorite brand of our shop since it's inception. Founded by Pontus Alv and based in Malmo, Sweden, Polar has been a huge inspiration to the DIY skate spot building movement and helped propel the shift to smaller indie skateboard brands. Always focused on making a quality product the spring apparel does not disappoint.

We received a "No Comply" collection with the popular polar no comply logo embroidered in a similar fashion to Polo. The Collection consists of The Polar skate Co. No Comply cap and The Polar No Comply tee in pink. The No comply image pulls inspiration from classic early 20th century artists and was featured in a series of skateboard decks last fall.

Polar Skate Co. collaborated with contemporary artist AMTK to do a full series of decks and The Polar x AMTK Fill Logo Inside Outside tee shirt available in white. AMTK is a duo, Andrew Mazorol & Tynan Kerr based out of Minneapolis, MN. AMTK combine their styles through paintings that are rich with warm colors, patterns, and stylized figures that hint influences from Native American folk art.

Polar still delivers the clean and classic stroke logo on a number of goods. The Polar Stroke Logo Racing longsleeve features stroke logos stacked on vertically on the arms with a chest print. The Polar Skate Co Stroke logo 6 panel cap in light blue denim with a navy suede brim is nothing short of the perfect fitting 6 panel hat with all the right details. If tall fitting crew socks are you thing, Polar delivers. The Polar Fill Logo Stripes & Blocks mid high socks in black will keep your shins covered and stay up on your calf and are also available in Polar Fill Logo Stripes and Bocks sock grey.
While the edit below is a bit older, it shows how ahead of their time Polar Skate Co is, this DIY ethos is often replicated but never quite duplicated. A post-modern movement towards simpler tricks styled out, bringing creativity to the forefront and Pontus Alv looks sicks skating in those dress shoes.
